- Roof's structure
The structure of the roof is made by timber. The building is from 1942, which makes it easy to the wood to weaken or get rotten.
- Roof's tiles: marsellesa or alicantina flat tile

With this kind of tiles the fitting has to be perfect, otherwise water will go in easily, as it happens.
If there has been any reparation or change of tiles, it could have happen that the new tiles are not the same size.
If the roof's structure is moving, it can happen that the move as well, changing the way they overlap.
